Annually, IBEW Local 191 offers scholarships to individuals within our jurisdiction who are pursing a Technical Degree in a construction-related field. Here is a letter from our Business Manager and the application to apply for our scholarship. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers sent out a reminder to all the IBEW Local Union's of their Founders' Scholarship. Washington Building Trades also has The Ann Gallagher Scholarship available to apply for separately.
